Case Management Services

Whether you need assistance with a search for housing, finding employment, enrolling in GED classes or securing a mentoring program for your child: our Case Manager is here to assist you.

The Case Manager will work with you to secure and complete any necessary applications. While in the office, your critical telephone calls will be made, resumes will be faxed and your internet search will be conducted. All of this will be done with your consent and in your presence. That's not all; we will also assist in locating any additional resources that would positively impact your ability to manage your life.
